“The Best Physician-Specific books I’ve Seen”

That is what the White Coat Investor (aka. Dr. Jim Dahle) had to say about my Doctors Guide book series. I was elated to wake up today to find his review of my books in his day before Thanksgiving blog post.

We often toil with projects and never have anyone acknowledge the hard work we put in. There was never anyone standing at the operating room door to give me a high five for a job well done at the end of a long, hard surgery. I could have used that sometimes. Today I got that high five at the door when Dr. Dahle reviewed my book series.

Here is my high five as The White Coat Investor describes my book series:

“Today, we’re going to review the first three books in his planned series of 12 books. The reason why is that they’re the best physician-specific books I’ve seen come out since The White Coat Investor: A Doctor’s Guide to Personal Finance and Investing was published in early 2014.”

He had this to say about The Doctors Guide to Eliminating Debt:
“The best way I can describe this book is “Dave Ramsey for Doctors without the bad investing advice.”

And concerning The Doctors Guide to Starting Your Practice Right he says:

“…the best in the series (so far) in my opinion…..solid practical advice for the graduating resident or young attending.”

His feelings represent why this book won non-fiction book of the year at the Idaho Author Awards, 2016 gala.

With regard to The Doctors Guide to Smart Career Alternatives and Retirement:

“It’s a great book for the doctor who is less than satisfied with his current career….it is a practical discussion of what your options are…I highly recommend it.”

I especially want to thank those of you who took the extra time and effort to put a review on Amazon so others can find them and get the help they need. If you have found one of my books helpful and haven’t done an Amazon review, please do.

There is a book for whatever stage your career finds you in today so pick one out for your Holiday reading. These books are also great Christmas gifts. Give one to a doctor friend who needs advise in one of these areas.
